Reservation Policy (3-31-2012)

Customers that have reserved their tables have read and/or agreed to these terms:
 

1. Reservations are subject to availability under the host's discretion.

2. Party must be minimum of five people.

3. Reservations must be made at least an hour in advance.

4. Table will be held up to 15 minutes past your appointed time. If left unclaimed, the table will be open. 

5. Pho Lena has the right to cancel your reservation without prior notice.
